Group Counseling

Group counseling is very similar to individual counseling, but in a group setting. While this type of counseling isn’t for everyone, many find it relieving to know they are not alone in the world. Typically held in a setting with up to 8 other participants, group counseling is common for issues like anger management, divorce, trauma and abuse recovery, self-esteem, domestic violence, and substance abuse recovery.

Family Counseling

Sometimes conflicts impact the entire family and counseling services can help. Whether it’s parenting concerns, family grief counseling, or just talking through general stress, talk therapy can reestablish healthy communication and structure. You can even bring a close family member with you to individual sessions to help you feel more comfortable and at ease.

Marital or Relationship Counseling

Similar to family counseling, this type of counseling service focuses on the couple. Your counselor will help establish basic concerns, causes of stagnation, and identify any aggressive behavior. You’ll then take steps to bring back harmony within your relationship and set realistic relationship goals together.
