If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or burned out, you’re not alone, but you also don’t have to stay there. My approach is both supportive and direct, integrating multiple evidence-based practices to help you create real, lasting change. Together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back, whether that’s overthinking, lack of direction, self-doubt, or repeating patterns in relationships, and build practical strategies that actually translate into your day-to-day life.

While I primarily specialize in men’s mental health, I also work with women and couples. In addition to my clinical training, my background in personal training, yoga, and nutrition allows me to take a more complete approach to wellbeing. For some clients, this may include movement or walk-and-talk sessions to support a more grounded and engaging experience.

Above all, I focus on building a real, honest relationship. You can expect a space that is thoughtful and grounded, but also direct, collaborative, and at times even humorous. Congratulations on taking the first step in therapy. If you are ready to move forward, or even just exploring the idea, I offer a free consultation and would be glad to connect.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely accepted without judgment. I believe healing happens through authentic connection, compassion, and feeling truly heard.

I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, life transitions, and self-worth struggles. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to providing a supportive environment where clients can show up fully as themselves and feel respected in their experiences and identities.

My approach to therapy is trauma informed, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I recognize how past experiences can shape the way we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. Together, we’ll work to better understand your experiences, build healthier coping strategies and boundaries, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and meaningful.

I see therapy as more than symptom reduction. It can be a place to reconnect with yourself, process painful experiences, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change. Wherever you are in your journey, you do not have to navigate it alone.

Danielle Green, MA, LPC, LAC, TBRI

Healing does not happen in isolation, it happens in the presence of safe, attuned connection Many of the patterns that keep us stuck (addiction, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm) are not signs of weakness; they are adaptations to disconnection.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner who works with individuals navigating difficult experiences. I approach therapy through an attachment-based lens, helping clients understand how their experiences have shaped the way they connect, cope and move through the world.

With experience in integrated healthcare settings, nonprofit spaces, and global teaching platforms, I have supported individuals and couples with complex needs, including, substance use, chronic stress, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. I am especially passionate about working with individuals feeling disconnected from themselves and caught in patterns they don't fully understand. Using TBRI principles, I help clients build felt safety, develop regulation skills, and begin to shift relational patterns in a way that feels both empowering and sustainable. My work integrates somatic awareness and practical tools to support real, lasting change.

I believe that when we begin to reconnect to our bodies, emotions, spirit and safe relationships, we unlock the capacity for. deeper healing, resilience and meaning. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you reconnect to your authentic, whole self.

Christopher Berghoff, Practicum Therapist

You don’t need the “right” words to begin therapy. You simply need a place to speak freely. I work with men, women, and adolescents navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, divorce, relationship challenges, and self-doubt. Whether you’re struggling with something recent or carrying experiences from the past, therapy offers you a space to slow down, reflect, and speak without censorship or judgment. Nothing is off limits, and you can say exactly what is on your mind. Together, we will focus on what feels most alive or pressing for you as you move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

As a psychoanalytic therapist, I’m often asked, “What is psychoanalysis?” At its core, psychoanalysis is an invitation to speak. As thoughts emerge, I listen with care, offer challenges when helpful, and support deeper awareness of patterns, desires, and inner life.

I am a Master’s-level student therapist and offer reduced-cost therapy to increase access to care. In addition to my work in mental health, I have a background in theatre and film, and I am an avid fly fisherman who believes in the healing power of nature. I welcome those seeking thoughtful, affordable therapy, and I look forward to speaking with you soon!

I know firsthand the courage it takes to reach out for help. For many of us, we don't reach out until it feels like there are no other options and taking that leap can feel intimidating and scary. With that in mind, I take a patient, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach that relies on collaboration between us. I’m here as a support and guide to help you make your own meaning out of life’s challenges through reflection, intentionality, mindfulness, self-compassion, skill building, and self-awareness.

Factors that I consider in our work together include various systems you are a part of, trauma
dynamics, relationships, spirituality, cultural background, values, and health. We are all unique
individuals, and I find it important to view everyone as such. I also take an integrative approach
and may utilize somatic (body-based), mindfulness, parts work/IFS (Internal Family Systems),
and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) type interventions. I believe we all have an
inner strength, resilience, and desire to grow, and I will help to support you in discovering and
utilizing that during our work together.

I am a Certified Trauma Professional (CCTP) and have extensive experience working with those
who have PTSD and C-PTSD (Complex-PTSD). In addition, I work closely with those who have
ADHD and am in the process of becoming an ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
Areas of Focus:

  • ADHD

  • Trauma

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

Therapist Jared Butterman

Jared Butterman, MA, LPCC

You weren’t meant to go through this alone. It can be hard to ask for help when everything feels messy, confusing, or not “bad enough.” If you’re navigating a big life change, anxiety, depression, or loss, you are in the right place. I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are tired of pretending they are fine and want more clarity and confidence. You deserve support, and together we can find a path forward that feels right for you.

In our work, you will have a space that is truly yours, where you can show up as you are without needing the right words. I integrate conversation, parts work, somatic awareness, and practical tools to support deeper self understanding and lasting confidence.

You already have what you need within you. My role is to help you reconnect with it and build a life that feels aligned and meaningful. You do not need to have everything figured out to begin.
