Initial Medication Evaluation $250

Initial medication evaluations consist of a thorough psychiatric history and symptom examination. Whether you may be struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks or trauma, a thorough evaluation can help in getting you the symptom relief you need.
Medication Follow Up $150
Once a medication regiment has been established, medication follow-up appointments may be necessary to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the prescribed medications. Follow-up appointments may be necessary monthly for controlled substances or quarterly as deemed necessary by the provider.
Professional Consultation $50
Are you a mental health professional who would like to consult with a psychiatric provider? Do you have a client who has a medication question or are you wondering how medicine may be helpful to your clientele? We offer consultation services with our psychiatric specialist!
*Medication management services may be considered "out of network" by all other insurance companies at this time. Upon request, a detailed statement may be provided for you to seek reimbursement.
