Insurance We Accept
Affordable, Accessible Mental Health Support
At Elevated Counseling & Wellness, we believe that high-quality mental health care should be accessible and understandable. We’re here to walk you through your payment options and make the process as smooth as possible—so you can focus on what truly matters: your well-being.

Insurance Plans We Accept
We are currently in-network with the following insurance providers:
-
Kaiser Permanente of Colorado
-
United Healthcare
-
Cigna
-
Aetna
If you are covered by one of these providers, we will bill your insurance directly. Please keep in mind that coverage can vary based on your specific plan, deductible, or co-pay. We recommend checking with your insurance provider ahead of your first appointment to confirm your mental health benefits.
What to Ask Your Insurance Provider
To help you better understand your coverage, you may want to ask your insurance company:
-
Do I have mental health (behavioral health) benefits?
-
Do I need pre-authorization before my first session?
-
What is my co-pay or co-insurance per session?
-
Have I met my deductible?
We’re happy to help you navigate this process—just reach out and we’ll walk through it with you.
Out-of-Network & Private Pay Options
If we are not in-network with your insurance, you may still be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse a percentage of therapy fees. Upon request, we can provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
You can also check your out-of-network reimbursement coverage by clicking on our helpful calculator here.
Private Pay
We also welcome private pay clients. Our rates start at $150 per session, with reduced-cost services available based on financial need and provider availability.
