More Information About Our Men’s Therapy Groups in Denver

Depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship betrayal, break ups, divorce, and fractured family relationships have a way of affecting the mental health of men - and, of course, other important aspects of their lives. Navigating these issues require the support of experts who understand how societal and cultural factors affect men’s mental health.

If you need a support group or professional counseling to overcome depression, anxiety or to help you work towards repairing the fractures in your relationships or, in some cases, get guidance to navigate a possible separation, you’re welcome to join our men’s group therapy in Denver. Our groups work to provide you with the skills and tools needed for a happy health lifestyle. Reach out today!

Time: Tuesdays, 6:30p to 8:00 pm (MST)

Venue: 2727 Bryant St., #430 close to Jefferson Park, Denver, Colorado

Group Size: Approximately limited to a maximum of 8 members.

Facilitators: Seasoned facilitators, such as Devon Edwards MA, LPCC David Neale MA, LPCC and Matt Bynum MA, LPC.

Commitment: Groups are ongoing, often members choose to continue after the initial 8wk commitment.

In this group, you’ll have a safe, secure place where you are going to meet and interact with other men in an authentic way as you share your experience and learn from others’ experiences. You also get feedback and support from the group, as well as tools for better navigating the many challenges that men are faced with. Research shows that group therapy is just as, if not more effective than individual therapy and often with less of a cast. Our groups are here to help you reach new heights!

Is There Any Age Restriction?

We work with men from all walks of life, ranging from adolescents to young adults and older men. Here at Elevated Counseling & Wellness, the men’s group therapy, our Denver sessions are designed to suite everyone. Whether your spouse has encouraged you to get help or the marriage is over, you’re dealing with a trauma you suffered during your childhood and it is getting in the way of your career, or you need help re-connecting with your family in a deeper way, this group is for you!
